Property Line Adjustment for properties located north <br />of 120th Street N. and east of Illies Avenue N. <br />DATE: December 6, 2017 for the City Council Meeting of December 18, 2017 <br />REVIEW DEADLINE: January 8, 2018 <br />ZONING: Rural Residential (RR) <br />LAND USE: Large Lot Residential (LL) <br />1. PROPOSED MOTION: <br />Move approval of a resolution approving a property line adjustment for Mark Frampton. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a property line adjustment for properties located north of <br />120th Street N. and east of Illies Avenue N, within the Sunset Lake Ridge Development. Lot 4, <br />Block 1 (parcel 1) is approximately 4.99 acres and contains a single family home with <br />outbuildings. Lot 5, Block 1 (parcel 2) is approximately 4.97 acres and is vacant. The applicant <br />is proposing to adjust the common property line between the properties to allow for more area in <br />the southern corner of parcel 2 for future construction of a single family home. This action will <br />result in the properties remaining approximately 5 acres in size. <br />
