The following <br />terminology and notation is used throughout the document. <br />= Required Field <br />Column Name <br />Description <br />SEQ <br />Sequence of the column used for reference within the document <br />Input Field <br />Name of the field in the staging table that need to be populated to load Accela Automation <br />Output Field <br />Destination field within the Accela Automation Database <br />ABPT Label <br />Associated screen label in the Accela Best Practice Template <br />Data Type <br />Data Type for the column in the database <br />Description of Data <br />Brief description of the data element that needs to be loaded into the column <br />1. APO TABLES OVERVIEW <br />This provides a high-level overview of all APO Standard tables. <br />Table Name <br />Table Descri tion <br />PARCEL—BASE <br />This table contains the base information related to the Parcel. It is also used as the source <br />data for GIS. <br />PARCEL—OWNER <br />This table contains the owners associated to the Parcel. It is possible to have multiple <br />addresses associated to one Parcel. <br />PARCEL—ADDRESS <br />This table contains the addresses associated to Parcel.
