Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for April 2, 2018 <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />Metro Cities Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 19, 2018 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council the Metro Cities Annual Meeting will be held <br />on Thursday, April 19, 2108, at the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory beginning at 5:30 p.m. He <br />recommended Council schedule this as a meeting if they wished to attend. <br />Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to schedule a meeting to attend the Metro Cities Annual <br />Meeting on Thursday, April 19, 2018. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Schedule Workshop for Gravel Roads Discussion <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council of their discussion at the November 20, 2017, <br />meeting regarding the poor condition of the gravel roads. Council had directed staff to send <br />notice to the residents along those roads to let them know the Council was looking for a solution <br />and further schedule a workshop in the spring for discussion. Bear recommended Council <br />schedule a workshop for some time during the week of May 14, 2018. <br />Miron made motion, Weidt seconded to schedule a workshop for Monday, May 14, at 7 p.m. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Schedule Open House for Oneka Lake/Harrow Avenue Street Proiect <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council plans and specification had been prepared for <br />the proposed Oneka Lake Boulevard and Harrow Avenue street improvement project. Staff had <br />scheduled an open house be held on Wednesday, April 11 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Rice Lake <br />Centre. Bear recommended Council schedule this as a meeting if they wished to attend. <br />Miron made motion, Petryk seconded, to schedule a meeting to attend the open house on the <br />proposed street project. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Adiournment <br />Miron made motion, Klein seconded, to adjourn at 8:28 p.m. <br />All Ayes.
