3. Inflatables will be monitored by an adult. <br />4. Weather conditions will be monitored during the event and delays/cancellations will be <br />determined by the responsible person. <br />After the Event <br />5. Inflatable bounce houses will be deflated immediately after the event to prevent <br />unsupervised use. <br />6. Applicant will properly dispose of all trash generated as part of this event. <br />4. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br />Event organizers have agreed to the above conditions, and staff recommends Council <br />approve the Special Event Permit for the New Life Church Spring and Fall events. <br />Minor changes to this permit may be approved by City staff. Changes staff deems to be <br />significant will require Council review and approval. <br />
