In particular, we <br />have reviewed the following plans related to this particular request: <br />• Adelaide Landing 2nd Addition Final Plat by Westwood Professional Services <br />• Construction Plans for Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer, and Streets dated <br />02/23/18 by Westwood Professional Services <br />• Storm Sewer Design dated 02/19/18 by Westwood Professional Services <br />• Revised Stormwater Reuse Irrigation Plans dated 02/28/18 by MTI Distributed <br />• Adelaide Landing 1st & 2nd Addition Grading, Drainage, and Erosion Control Plans dated <br />05/02/18 <br />Based on the review of the final plat documents, we offer the following comments related to this <br />application: <br />Final Plat <br />1. The final plat is consistent with the preliminary plat documents, and the appropriate <br />drainage/utility easements have been provided within the plat area itself. <br />2. Drainage and Utility easements shall be placed over all the outlots. <br />Development Agreement <br />3. There are a number of development fees outlined within the City's Fee Schedule that will <br />become due as part of the final plat.
