The Approved grading plan allows for mass grading outside of the first and second phases. <br />The grading plan reflects the first and second phase boundaries as well as future phases. <br />Grading to the eastern property limits in the southeastern portion of the site has not yet been <br />approved. The development team is required to provide additional survey and confirmation <br />that there will not be any drainage concerns caused by proposed grading. <br />Wetland <br />5. Staff will continue to work with the applicant on the exact location and style of the <br />boardwalk that will cross wetlands in three locations. The applicant should identify any <br />temporary impacts to wetlands associated with the boardwalk. <br />Revised Water Reuse Plan <br />6. The applicant has provided plans related to stormwater reuse that will be incorporated into <br />this phase. Water reuse plans are consistent with meeting previously noted requirements. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on this project. Additional detailed red - <br />lined comments have been provided to the applicants engineer. These comments will need to be <br />addressed prior to approval of the construction plans.
