the eastern 40 acres of the parcel, which contains a significant number of wetlands, is being <br />dedicated to the City. Mr. Pratt is proposing to replace the impacts to these wetland basins <br />through the purchase of wetland credits from an approved wetland bank. The requirements under <br />the MN Wetland Conservation Act (WCA) have been met. Staff recommends approval of the <br />Oneka Place wetland replacement plans. <br />H.1 Receive Bids and Award Contract for the Oneka Lake Boulevard and Harrow Avenue <br />Improvement Proiect <br />At its April 16, 2018 meeting, the Council approved a resolution approving the plans and <br />specification for the Oneka Lake Boulevard and Harrow Avenue street improvement project and <br />ordering advertisement for bid. Staff received four bids and recommends Council award the <br />contract to the low bidder, North Valley, Inc. in the amount of $764,657.16. <br />L.1 Update on the Yellow Ribbon Network <br />Council Member Chuck Haas and Phil Klein will report to Council on the Yellow Ribbon <br />Network activities held recently. <br />M.1 Hugo Good Neighbor Days June 7-10, 2018 <br />Hugo Good Neighbor Days will be Thursday, June 7 — Sunday, June 10 at Lions Park. The <br />Technicolor Run will be on Saturday at 9 a.m. with the parade following at 11. The Historical <br />Commission will have their display in the Oneka Room on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. - <br />5p.m. Many other activities will take place in the park. <br />N.
