19. Prior to the event, a deposit will be paid to the Lions Club for liquor, and the <br />balance and a donation in an amount agreeable to the Club will be paid <br />within 45 days of the event completion. <br />20. Tough Mudder will consult with the Lions Club for the arrangement of the <br />workspace for liquor sales and parking. <br />During the Event <br />21. The applicant shall conduct the event in accordance with the approved plans <br />submitted with the application. <br />22. The applicant and all on -site vendors shall comply with all applicable federal, <br />state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances related to the Tough <br />Mudder Event. <br />23. All roads will remain open to local traffic with the exception of 147' Street <br />between the parking area on the Atkinson property and Irish Avenue. <br />24. The applicant will secure the specified number of Washington County <br />Deputies to be present during the event. <br />25. Parking and traffic procedures will take place as indicated with submittal of the <br />application. <br />26. The applicant shall comply with all recommendations from the Hugo Fire <br />Department and Washington County Sheriff s Office regarding security and <br />safety. <br />27 Weather conditions will be monitored during the event and <br />delays/cancellations will be determined by the opinions of medical, security <br />and/or police staff. <br />28. There shall be vehicle access to all areas of the event for response to <br />emergencies. <br />29. Garbage receptacles shall be regularly emptied and the event site, streets, and <br />parking areas kept clear of debris. <br />30. All activities associated with the event including, but not limited to, all outdoor <br />stage performances, amplified sounds, food and beverage service, shall end by <br />6:00 p.m. <br />After the Event <br />31. All affected wetland areas will be restored. <br />
