4. Notices will be mailed to residents on Irish Avenue, Homestead Avenue, and <br />147th St. informing them of the event. This notice will be approved by City <br />staff prior to sending. <br />5. The applicant will provide the City a copy of the parking agreements for <br />parking on all properties outside the event area. <br />6. The applicant will provide the City, for approval, a list of signs to be <br />placed in the right -of ways indicating the location and wording on each. <br />7. Applicant will secure a water meter prior to 4:30 p.m. on Friday for use at the <br />City's hydrant for obtaining potable water. <br />8. Signs will be located in the rinsing area that alerts participants that the <br />water is non- potable, unsafe for drinking. <br />9. The applicant shall provide the City approved engineer drawings of all <br />obstacles. <br />10. No construction will take place after 8 p.m. or before 7 a.m. that generates noise <br />that can be heard off the property. <br />11. The applicant shall obtain an electrical permit and pay all permit fees. <br />12. A pre -event walk through of the site will be conducted by City staff and <br />Electrical Inspector. <br />13. The applicant will contact local medical resources informing them of the <br />event and employ them should assistance be required. <br />14. Emergency Action Plans must be approved by Washington County Sheriff's <br />Department, Washington County Emergency Management, and the Hugo <br />Fire Department. Tough Mudder will comply with their recommendations, if <br />any. <br />15. The applicant will meet with the City's wetland specialists to determine <br />impacts to wetlands on the site and whether a permit is necessary. <br />16. All tents, inflatables, structures will be securely staked. <br />17. Payment to Washington County Sheriff's Department shall be prepared prior to <br />the event and checks delivered to the supervisor officer on duty the day of the <br />event. <br />18. A temporary On -Sale Liquor License will be applied for by the Hugo <br />Lions for the selling and serving of alcohol. <br />
