Tough Mudder Twin Cities 2018 Event Operations Plan <br />PHASES OF OPERATION <br />The planning process for the Tough Mudder Event Operations team begins at least three months <br />prior to the event weekend. The following table outlines the phases in which the team plans and <br />executes the event. <br />Phase <br />Site Visit and Course Design <br />Course Construction <br />Load In <br />Event Operations <br />Load Out <br />Site Restoration <br />Initial visit by Event Operations <br />Team to meet stakeholders and <br />plan all aspects of the event, <br />including parking, traffic, event <br />village, course, and <br />construction. <br />Period in which event village <br />and course obstacles are <br />constructed by Tough Mudder <br />contractor. <br />The Event Operations Team <br />will arrive the Monday before <br />the event weekend to receive <br />deliveries, setup temporary <br />infrastructure, mark the course <br />route, and load in <br />vendors sponsors. <br />Event weekend when all <br />participants, spectators, and <br />workforce are on -site. <br />Monday following the event, <br />the Event Operations Team will <br />break down temporary <br />infrastructure and oversee <br />removal of rental equipment <br />and trash. <br />Period in which obstacles are <br />removed and site restoration <br />work is carried out. <br />Page 4 of 13 <br />Date <br />April 24-26, 2018 <br />Approx.
