Tough Mudder Twin Cities 2018 Event Operations Plan <br />FOOD AND ALCOHOL SERVICES <br />Tough Mudder Twin Cities will have food, non-alcoholic beverages, and beer for sale to all patrons <br />on -site during the event weekend. In addition to purchased items, there will be a number of <br />samples and potable water available for participants on course. <br />Food Concessionaire <br />K and C Concessions, Mik Mart Ice Cream, Whole <br />Sum Kitchen as of 5 17 28 <br />Alcohol Non -Profit Group <br />Hugo Lion's Club <br />Typical Alcohol Service Hours <br />Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM <br />Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM <br />Product Sampling (Course and Finish Line) <br />Protein Bars <br />Bananas <br />Potable Water Provider <br />I Water Monster <br />Potable Water Locations <br />6 - Course <br />2 - Mudder Village <br />Identification Checks: All participants and spectators wishing to enter the event area will be <br />required to show ID at the registration tents prior to entering Mudder Village. They'll be given an <br />orange wristband indicating they are over 21, and this wristband will be checked at any point of <br />sale. Roughly 87% of participants are 21+ years of age. <br />Additional Checkpoints: In the event that a participant wearing a wristband may appear to be <br />under the age of 21, an escort will be provided to allow the participant to retrieve his/her ID from <br />the Bag Drop tent, and then return if age has been appropriately validated. All bartenders serving <br />beer have the right to question and re -check identification for those who may look to be under age. <br />WATER SOURCING <br />Potable Water: Potable water will be provided at all water stations. All potable water is sourced by <br />a third party provider, Water Monster. For more details on the sourcing of this water, please <br />contact Kevin Huff at kevinhuffl&me.com. <br />Obstacle and Rinse Station Water: Obstacle water will be pumped from existing ponds on -site. <br />This water will be treated with chlorine prior to the event. Rinse Station water will be brought in <br />and stored in Mudder Village using a frac tank. For more information on the sourcing and treatment <br />of this water, please contact Peter Franklin at peter.franklin@toughmudder.com. <br />SECURITY AND CREDENTIALS <br />Tough Mudder has contracted with Security Specialists to provide event security for Tough Mudder <br />Twin Cities. Security staff will be on -site overnight throughout the week leading up to the event and <br />during the event weekend.* <br />Overnight Security is responsible for protecting assets from theft and managing access into the <br />event village and back of house areas. <br />Page 10 of 13 <br />
