H.1 Public Hearing on Vacation of Drainage and Utility Easement for Roy Molitor 2"d <br />Addition, Outlot A <br />Schwieters Properties is requesting a vacation of the existing drainage and utility easement <br />located over Outlot A, Roy Molitor 2"d Addition. Outlot A will be used for the development of <br />Roy Molitor 3rd Addition for the Schwieters Properties expansion. New drainage and utility <br />easements will be placed on the lots at the time the final plat is recorded. Staff is comfortable <br />with the applicant's requests to vacate the drainage and utility easements. Staff recommends that <br />the City Council approve the notice to vacate the drainage and utility easement located over <br />Outlot A, Roy Molitor 2"d Addition. <br />I.1 Approve Resolution Authorizing Preparation of Bids and Specification for the 130' <br />Street and Utility Improvement Protect <br />The 130th Street and Utility Improvement Project is anticipated to be constructed during the 2019 <br />construction season. At the September 18, 2017, City Council meeting, staff was authorized to <br />complete wetland delineations and soil borings and look into potential ROW needs for the <br />improvements. Staff has completed these activities. Staff is requesting authorization to prepare <br />plans and specifications for the 130th Street and Utility Improvement Project. The Adelaide <br />Landing development is responsible for 44% of the project costs for the 130th Street Project. The <br />total project cost is estimated at $3,558,000. With each of the first three phases of the Adelaide <br />Landing development, the developer is responsible to provide a financial guarantee to the City in <br />an amount equal to $521,840.00. Having recently approved the final plat for the Adelaide 2"d <br />Addition, the City will be in receipt of $1,043,680. Staff recommends the Authorization to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the 130th Street and Utility Improvement Project, allowing <br />time to identify and acquire necessary ROW to construct the proposed improvements. <br />L2 Update on Local Assessor Search <br />At its April 16, 2018, meeting Council directed staff to prepare an assessor's contract for John <br />Keefe; however, Keefe has declined the position. Staff will provide Council with an update. <br />L.1 Update on the Yellow Ribbon Network <br />Council Member Chuck Haas and Phil Klein will report to Council on the Yellow Ribbon <br />Network activities held recently. <br />M.1 Grand Opening for St. Andrew's Family Shelter on Sunday, June 24, 2018 <br />Council has been invited to the grand opening celebration of the St. Andrew's Family Shelter to <br />be held on Sunday, June 24, 2018, at 2 p.m. The house is located at 14383 Forest Boulevard <br />North, next to St. Johns the Baptist Church, and is owned by St. Genevieve's Catholic Church. <br />Staff recommends Council schedule as a meeting if they choose to attend. <br />M.2 Reschedule City Administrator Performance Review to Monday, June 25, 2018 <br />Staff recommends Council reschedule the City Administrator's performance review to Monday, <br />June 25, 2018 at 5 p.m.. <br />
