Amendment of the Cit/ Code, Chapter 90 of the City Code of <br />the City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification <br />on the City of Hugo Zoning Map to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with <br />respect to the 117 -acre properly legally described as part of the south have of <br />Section 7, Township 31 N, Range 21 W.
