Page 12 <br />6. CONCLUSION: <br />Staff believes that the layout of the proposed Oneka Place PUD general plan exceeds the City's <br />standards for residential developments. The developer has offered a more creative and efficient <br />approach to the existing constraints of the property through the site design layout. It is in staff s <br />opinion that the applicant meets all the requirements necessary to approve the PUD and <br />preliminary plat. <br />7. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the PUD and preliminary plat for CPDC — Pratt — Oakwood, LPP, <br />for the development to be known as "Oneka Place", subject to the conditions listed in the draft <br />resolutions. <br />8. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval to the City Council of the Oneka <br />Place development, subject to the conditions listed in the draft resolutions. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
