UPDATE FROM JULY 26, 2018, PLANNING COMISSION MEETING: <br />The Planning Commission reviewed and commented on the sketch plan at its July 28, 2018 <br />meeting. They were comfortable with the overall site layout, land use, and location for the <br />development. They talked about the importance of making sure the development fits well within <br />the surrounding environmen66t and that the building general meets this standard. <br />After reviewing the site layout and architecture of the development, the Commission concluded <br />that a higher focus should be given to the building's exterior design. The Commission has <br />recommended that the applicant implement larger projections, more wall a roof breaks, as well as <br />additional features such as a wainscot.
