Oneka Place Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement <br />DATE: August 2, 2018, for the City Council Meeting of August 6, 2018. <br />REVIEW DEADLINE: August 17, 2018 (60-days) <br />1. PROPOSED MOTION: <br />Move to approve the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Oneka <br />Place. Approval of the Final Plat and Development Agreement requires a 3/5 vote of the City <br />Council. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat and development agreement in order to plat <br />54 lots and 10 outlots on the 117 acre parcel located north of Oneka Parkway and 159th Street. <br />The site is currently vacant. <br />3. BACKGROUND: <br />The City Council reviewed will review an the preliminary plat and PUD for Oneka Place at its <br />May 21, 2018 meeting. The final plat will plat 54 lots from the Oneka Place preliminary plat. The <br />general street locations and lot layout are the same as the preliminary plat and PUD. The <br />applicant has addressed the conditions of the preliminary plat for revisions to the plans, The lots <br />meet the minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in the regulations for the Oneka Place <br />PUD. <br />The park dedication requirement will be met by dedication of Outlot I. <br />
