Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for August 6, 2018 <br />Page 10 of 11 <br />Fall Cleanup on Saturday, October 6, 2018 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council the annual Fall Cleanup was scheduled for <br />Saturday, October 6, 2108 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Hugo Public Works Building. <br />Fire Department Open House on Saturday, October 6, 2108 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council the Fire Department Open House will be held <br />on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Open House will include the Fearless <br />Firefighter Fun Run 5K at 10 a.m. Registration begins at 9 a.m. <br />Weidt made motion, Haas seconded, to schedule a meeting to attend the Fire Department Open <br />House on Saturday, October 6, 2018. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Schedule City Wide Bus Tour for Saturday, October 6, 2018 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear recommended Council schedule the Citywide Bus Tour for <br />Saturday, October 6, 2018, to begin at 10 a.m. The City holds a bus tour annually for <br />commission members, legislators, and interested residents. This will be the City's 13'h bus tour. <br />The starting place was yet to be determined. <br />Miron made motion, Haas seconded, to schedule the bus tour for Saturday, October 6, 2018, at <br />10 a.m. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Notice of Vacancy on Brown's Creek Watershed District <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council that Washington County had notified the City <br />that the term of office for two Brown's Creek Watershed District board members will expire on <br />October 21, 2018. State Statute provides that the County Board select watershed district <br />managers from lists of nominees submitted by the municipalities. Anyone interested in serving <br />on the Brown's Creek Watershed District should contact City Hall. <br />Adjournment <br />Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to adjourn at 8:55 p.m. <br />All Ayes.
