RESOLUTION 2018 <br />APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR JOSHUA KENT FOR <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 17300 KEYSTONE AVENUE N AND 17260 <br />KEYSTONE AVENUE N <br />WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Joshua Kent that requests approval of a <br />property line adjustment for properties located west of Keystone Avenue and north of 170t' <br />Street. <br />WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as <br />follows: <br />(See Attached) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line <br />adjustment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the property line <br />adjustment for Joshua Kent <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 20'h day of August, 2018. <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
