5. All signage for the event will remain on the Oneka Elementary property unless <br />approved by the City. <br />After the Event <br />6. Inflatables will be deflated immediately after the event to prevent unsupervised use. <br />7. Applicant will properly dispose of all trash generated as part of this event. <br />4. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br />Event organizer has agreed to the above conditions, and staff recommends Council <br />approve the Special Event Permit for St. Andrew's Lutheran Church (the Depot Church) <br />on September 9, 2018. <br />Minor changes to this permit may be approved by City staff.
