Resolution 2018-22 <br />Page 3 <br />f The development shall comply with the Fire Chief's requirements <br />regarding fire flow calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire <br />department connections, and fire lane signage. <br />g. The developer shall obtain all necessary stormwater management and <br />WCA permits from the City. <br />h. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br />i. The developer shall vacate the existing easement on Outlot J. <br />j. Architectural design standards shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />k. The developer shall work with City staff to provide trail connections to the <br />proposed park to the east. <br />1. The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to <br />complete all improvements, and pay all fees as required by the agreement. <br />13. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the developer shall comply with the <br />following conditions. <br />a. The applicant shall record the final plat, development agreement and all other <br />documentation at Washington County and provide the City with proof of <br />recording. <br />b. The applicant shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the City. <br />c. If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall <br />be submitted for City review and approval. <br />14. Prior to the issuance of Certificate of Occupancy, the developer shall comply with the <br />following conditions: <br />a. The bituminous trail access to the park shall be installed per the construction <br />plans. <br />
