Approval of Claims <br />2. Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Matt Klein <br />3. Approve Property Line Adjustment for 17300 and 17260 Keystone Avenue North <br />4. Approve Special Event Permit for St. Andrews Church for Family Block Party at Oneka <br />Elementary <br />5. Approve Resolution Approving Conditional Use Permit for Kersten Auto at 15587 <br />Forest Boulevard North <br />6. Approve Shared Service Agreement for Vehicle Gateway Base (VGB) with White Bear <br />Township <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Approval of Claims <br /> <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br /> <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Matt Klein <br /> <br />Public Works Worker Matt Klein was hired by the City of Hugo on August 27, 2012. Adoption <br />of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Public Works Worker Matt <br />Klein. <br /> <br />Approve Property Line Adjustment for 17300 and 17260 Keystone Avenue North <br /> <br />Joshua Kent, 17300 Keystone Avenue North, and John and Mary Distler, 17260 Keystone <br />Avenue North, had requested to adjust their common property lines to add an additional five <br />acres to Kent’s current five acre parcel. The Distler parcel is currently 15 acres, and would be <br />reduced to ten acres. The property line adjustment will comply with all lot size and setback <br />requirements. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION 2018-23 <br />APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR JOSHUA KENT FOR <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 17300 KEYSTONE AVENUE N AND 17260 KEYSTONE <br />AVENUE NORTH. <br /> <br />Approve Special Event Permit for St. Andrews Church for Family Party at Oneka <br />Elementary <br /> <br />Pastor Brian Norsman from St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church had submitted an application for a <br />Special Event Permit to hold a Family Party at the Oneka Elementary School on Sunday, <br />September 9, 2018 from 4-7 p.m. A SEP was required to be approved by Council because there <br />could be up to 200 people in attendance, and there will be amplified sound. There will be no <br />alcohol, but there will be food trucks for sample and purchase of food. In addition, there will <br />games and inflatables for the kids. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Special Event <br />permit for St. Andrews Lutheran Church Family Party.
