***DURING THE SPAN OF THE PERMIT, if the conditions change or the landscaping once established <br />does not provide adequate screening, Fast Suns will correct this and replace or add trees as needed. Any <br />additional trees that are put in will be a minimum of 8-1 Oft and placement agreed on by adjoining <br />properties. <br />*Mowing will be all of the 30 acres, once monthly May to October. This is to help in the case of fire. <br />*Plowing the access road in correlation to when the city plows roads. <br />*ALL landscaping is to be 100% completed before the final inspection and the solar plant is connected to <br />Xcel and running. <br />As previously stated an additional escrow account was requested strictly for the maintenance of this <br />project.
