CITY OF HUGO <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />DATE OF APPROVAL: <br />ADDRESS FOR WHICH CUP IS GRANTED: 5725 148t' Street N <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: See Attached (Exhibit A) <br />OWNER: Scott Kersten <br />ZONING DISTRICT: Central Business (C-1) <br />THIS CUP ALLOWS FOR THE FOLLOWING: <br />Expansion of a legal non -conforming use for an auto body repair shop, all in accordance <br />with the site plan dated June 21, 2018 (Exhibit B) <br />THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS APPROVED SUBJECT TO <br />COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. Outdoor vehicle storage is limited to the fenced in area in accordance with the <br />site plan (Exhibit B). <br />2. There shall be no exterior storage of business related items, other than the <br />vehicles in the designated parking spaces per the site plan (Exhibit B). <br />3. The trash containers shall be stored indoors, except on the day it is picked up. <br />4. Large vehicle haulers that can hold more than two vehicles shall not be <br />allowed to access the site. <br />5. When vehicles are being loaded or unloaded the haulers shall not block traffic. <br />6. The loading and unloading of vehicles shall not occur between the hours of 6 <br />pm and 7 am. <br />7. The sale of vehicles on the property is prohibited. <br />The parking spaces shown in the vehicle storage area on Exhibit B shall be <br />reserved as deferred parking. At any such time deemed necessary by the City, <br />the property owner shall pave and stripe the parking spaces in accordance with <br />City standards. <br />
