Access to this parcel is <br />from the north onto 125`h Street North at the Hilo Avenue North intersection, which should <br />also lessen any impact to the neighboring parcels and perception of traffic increases. <br />All of the subdivision parcels will access the proposed cul de sac onto the local road with less <br />traffic than County Road 7 to the south. <br />F) CONFLICTS WITH NEARBY LAND USES: <br />As stated previously this is the same land use as the adjoining parcels and does not create any <br />conflicts with the proposed use. <br />G) PROPOSED PARKS AND OPEN SPACE: <br />The list of the outlots can be found above with proposed uses listed.
