The entire <br />development will most likely be managed by a Master HOA in order to provide maintenance for the <br />irrigation water reuse system. <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE: <br />Subject to PUD and Wetland Replacement approvals, Phase 1 grading is anticipated in May 2018 with utility <br />and street construction commencing in early June 2018 and completed with first lift of bituminous base mid - <br />July 2018.
