Council would <br />like to recognize Andy for his years of dedicated service. <br />GA Approval of Claims <br />Staff recommends Council approve the Claims Roster as presented. <br />G.2 Approve Annual Performance Review for Finance Coordinator Anna Wobse <br />Anna Wobse was hired as the City's Accounting Clerk on October 27, 2008, and has worked <br />under the direction of Finance Director Ron Otkin in accounts payable and payroll functions. At <br />its March 19, 2018, meeting, Council approved Anna as the new Finance Coordinator. Finance <br />Director Ron Otkin recommends Council approve the annual performance review for Finance <br />Coordinator Anna Wobse. <br />G.3 Approve EMWREP Agreement with Washington Conservation District <br />At its March 21, 2016 meeting, Council approved membership to the East Metro Water Resource <br />Education Program (EMWREP) as part of the SWPPP educational component. The annual cost <br />of membership was $2,500. The contract expires on January 1, 2019, and staff recommends <br />Council approve the agreement for another three years between Washington Conservation <br />District and Members of the 2019-2021 East Metro Water Resource Education Program at an <br />annual cost $2,700. <br />GA Approve Snowmobile Trail Applications for Hugo Snowmobile Club and Rice Creek <br />Trail Association <br />The Hugo Snowmobile Club and the Rice Creek Trail Association have submitted their <br />respective Snowmobile Trail Applications for the 2018-2019 snow season. Staff recommends <br />Council approve the Snowmobile Trail Applications for the Hugo Snowmobile Club and the <br />Rice Creek Trail Association. <br />
