Motion seconded. <br /> <br />Presentation of Donation to the Yellow Ribbon Network – The Fry Group <br /> <br />A free BBQ Cookout and Fundraiser was held in Lions Park on September 29, 2018 sponsored <br />by the Fry Group and exp Realty. Monica Fry was at the meeting to present a check to the <br />Yellow Ribbon Network in the amount of $1,542 from donations made during the event. <br />Council Member Haas explained that this was the second time the Fry Group held this event. <br /> <br />Approval of the Consent Agenda <br /> <br />Petryk made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />1. Approval of Claims <br />2. Approve Resolution and Letter of Support for Boundary Changes in the Browns Creek <br />Watershed District and the Rice Creek Watershed District <br />3. Approve Resolution Approving the Washington County All Hazard Mitigation Plan <br />4. Approve Auto Dismantling License for Hugo Auto Parts <br />5. Approve Letter Supporting the Metropolitan Council’s 2019-2020 Clean Water Fund <br />6. Approve Ordinance and Resolutions Approving PUD, Preliminary, Final Plat, and <br />Development Agreement for The Preserve on Sunset Lake Development <br />7. Approve Hiring of Kraig Pettee as a New Public Works Worker <br />8. Approve Hiring of Emily Weber as the New Community Development Assistant <br />9. Approve Maintenance Agreement for Oneka Parkway Retaining Wall in the Clearwater <br />Cove Development <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Approval of Claims <br /> <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br /> <br />Approve Resolution and Letter of Support for Boundary Changes in the Browns Creek <br />Watershed District and the Rice Creek Watershed District <br /> <br />At its October 1, 2018, meeting, Council tabled this item at the request of City Administrator <br />Bryan Bear to allow the Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) time to properly notify the <br />affected property owners. RCWD had analyzed and identified certain discrepancies in the <br />common boundary between the Brown’s Creek Watershed District (BCWD) and the RCWD. <br />The discrepancies arose because of differences between the boundaries as established by State <br />order and the hydrologic boundaries as determined by modern mapping information. RCWD <br />had conducted hydrologic boundary field investigation in January, 2018, and had developed a
