The applicant shall submit fencing details to be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />11. The applicant shall submit the final building material samples and colors for the <br />building to be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />12. The internal roof drainage system that shall be integrated into the building design and <br />shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />13. The trash enclosures and wood scrap containers shall be internal to the building or <br />screened with materials consistent with the building material and shall be reviewed <br />and approved by staff. <br />14. The applicant shall pay $15,000.00 to the City for the upsizing of the lift station on <br />140x' Street to serve the development. <br />Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br />15. The applicant shall restore any part of the Fenway Boulevard Trail that is damaged <br />during construction. <br />16. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br />adjacent properties. Staff shall perform an inspection when equipment is installed to <br />ensure compliance with City code. <br />17. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br />18. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the wetland, <br />stormwater management facilities, and sewer extensions. <br />19. A maintenance agreement for the stormwater management facilities between the City <br />and the applicant shall be reviewed and approved by the City then recorded against <br />the property prior to the start of grading activities on the site. <br />
