PHASED CONSTRUCTION SHOULD BE USED TO THE EXTENT PRACTICAL OR AS INDICATED IN THE PLANS TO MINIMIZE EXPOSED SOILS. <br />2. AREAS NOT TO BE DISTURBED SHOULD BE DELINEATED WITH FLAGS, STAKES, SILT FENCE, ETC. PRIOR TO WORK BEGINNING. <br />3. THE REQUIRED INSPECTIONS AND MAINTENANCE <br />SCHEDULE MUST BEGIN WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER RUNOFF OCCURS AT THE SITE OR 24 HOURS PRIOR TO RESUMING CONSTRUCTION, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. <br />PROVIDE TEMPORARY STABILIZATION AS REQUIRED THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION FOR DISTURBED AREAS WHERE ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION IS NOT ONGOING TO MEET PERMIT <br />STABILIZATION SCHEDULE. <br />INSPECT ALL INFILTRATION AREAS TO ENSURE THAT NO SEDIMENT FROM ONGOING CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY IS REACHING THE INFILTRATION AREA AND EQUIPMENT IS NOT <br />BEING DRIVEN ACROSS THE INFILTRATION AREA. <br />ADDITIONAL CONTROL MEASURES NOT SHOWN ON THE PLAN SHALL BE REQUIRED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES: <br />6. AT A MINIMUM, THIS WORK SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: <br />ALL NONFUNCTIONAL BMPS MUST BE REPAIRED, REPLACED OR SUPPLEMENTED WITH FUNCTIONAL BMPS BY THE END OF THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER DISCOVERY, <br />OR AS SOON AS FIELD CONDITIONS ALLOW ACCESS UNLESS A DIFFERENT TIMEFRAME IS SPECIFIED BELOW. DRAINAGE AND REMOVAL MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DISCOVERY OR AS SOON AS FIELD CONDITIONS <br />ALLOW. <br />3.
