DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant is requesting approval of an interim use permit for a solar farm located north of <br />165th Street North and west of Henna Avenue North. <br />2. CONTEXT: <br />At its July 26, 2018, meeting the Planning Commission tabled the request until August 9, 2018, <br />provided the applicant submit a number of requested items to City staff. Staff has not received <br />the items to date. Staff is working with the applicant on these items. Therefore, staff recommends <br />that the item be tabled to the August 23, 2018, meeting. <br />3. RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission table the request to the August 23, 2018, <br />meeting, if all requested item are submitted to staff for review. <br />
