The prop-
erty is located just west of the
Fairview Clinic. The site plan in-
cludes an approximately 4,500
square foot single story building
and parking lot on a 1 acre parcel.
The business is currently located
in Hugo in the Victor Gardens
North retail center. The EDA is
excited to see this great business
expanding into a new building.
Growing Generations Child Care Center Opens
The Growing Generations Child Care Center owners were busy this year. They received site plan ap-
proval from the City Council, hosted a ground breaking event, and completed construction of their
new facility. The building is approximately 9,000 square feet on an almost 2 acre parcel located at
14689 Victor Hugo Boulevard. The child care center opened its doors in early August. Jessica Sharp,
the Director at the center told the EDA at its May meeting that she is excited to start this business in
a growing community like Hugo.
Park Dental Expands and Relocates
Park Dental grew a client base in
the Victor Gardens South Village
retail center. In 2015 they had a
site plan approved by the City
Council for a new location
across CSAH 8. The site plan
was approved for an 8,000
square foot building to be built
in two phases. The 5,000 square
foot building was constructed
over the summer and the busi-
ness opened in October.
