STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> It's in staff s opinion that the request meets all the items required for a minor subdivision and <br /> CUP. <br /> Staff recommends approval of the minor subdivision and CUP subject to the conditions listed in <br /> the attached draft resolutions to the Planning Commission. <br />
