DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a site plan to construct a 36,854 square foot <br />manufacturing, warehouse, and office facility on Lot 2, Block 1, Bald Eagle Industrial Park Sixth <br />Addition. The 4.7 acre lot is generally located north of 130th Street and east of Fenway <br />Boulevard. <br />2. CONTEXT: <br />A. Surrounding Land Use and Zoning <br />The properties to the north, east, and south are all part of the Bald Eagle Industrial Park. The <br />properties are zoned General Industrial (I-3) and are occupied by industrial businesses. The <br />properties to the west are zoned Medium Density Multiple Family Residential (R-5) and are <br />occupied by townhome developments. <br />
