Overhang <br />(3) In calculating parking space requirements, the following rules shall apply: <br />a. When determining the number of off-street parking spaces results in a fraction, each fraction <br />shall constitute another space. <br />b. In facilities where patrons or spectators occupy benches, pews, or similar seating facilities, <br />each 22 inches of such seating facilities shall be counted as one seat for the purposes of <br />determining parking requirements. <br />c. For structures containing two or more types of uses, the parking requirements shall be <br />determined independently, and combined to determine the total off-street parking spaces <br />required. <br />(4) The minimum number of parking spaces designated the following table, shall be provided for the <br />land use specified, unless the property is a part of a regional parking system or variance granted <br />by the city council. <br />Table of Parking Space Requirements by Land Use <br />Class <br />Parking Space Requirements <br />Page 3 <br />
