Aisle width <br />f. Stall length <br />g. Overlap <br />h. Overhang <br />c. Angled parking not listed in the table above shall be reviewed and approved by the <br />City Engineer. <br />d. Except for single-family and multi -family housing, parking areas shall be constructed <br />so that the circulation between bays and/or aisles occurs within the parking areas, and <br />does not encroach on any public street or road right -of way. <br />e. Except in the agricultural, long-term agricultural, future urban service, and rural <br />residential zoning districts, all parking shall be paved with bituminous, concrete, <br />pavers, or other approved dustless and erosion -resistant material. Positive drainage <br />control through the use of curb, gutter, storm sewer, or approved means shall channel <br />all stormwater from the parking areas into a public stormwater drainage system. <br />Treatment of stormwater runoff shall comply with national urban runoff protection <br />standards prior to discharge into the public stormwater drainage system, unless the <br />property is serviced by a regional treatment system. <br />f. Except for single-family and townhomes, all off-street parking areas shall have a <br />continuous concrete perimeter curb around the entire parking lot. <br />g. Except for single-family and townhomes, all parking stalls shall be delineated by <br />white or yellow painted lines at least four inches in width. <br />h. The grade elevation of any parking area or driveway shall not exceed ten percent. <br />Other grade elevations shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. <br />i. Adequate snow storage space shall be provided to maintain the minimum number of <br />parking spaces in the winter months. If excessive snow cannot be stored on site, while <br />maintaining the minimum number of parking spaces required, the property owner <br />shall remove the snow from the site. <br />j. Driveway turnarounds may be required by the City Engineer, where necessary, to <br />avoid interference with traffic flow on any public street. <br />k. Parking ramps and related facilities may be exempted from the strict provisions of <br />this section if approved by the City Engineer. <br />(2) Landscaping <br />rd <br />
