RESOLUTION 2017 - <br />APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE PRELIMINARY PLAT AND PUD FOR <br />ELMCREST INVESTMENTS, LLC, FOR "FABLE HILL 4TH ADDTION" ON <br />PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF ELMCREST AVE NORTH OF FABLE HILL <br />PARKWAY <br />WHEREAS, Elmcrest Investments, LLC, has requested approval of a PUD Amendment and <br />preliminary plat to add 3 lots to the preliminary plat property legally described as follows: <br />Outlot C, Fable Hills 4t' Addition <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the preliminary plat at a duly called Public <br />Hearing and recommends approval, and; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Elmcrest <br />Investments, LLC, for an amendment to the preliminary plat and PUD, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. A preliminary plat is approved to allow the creation of 54 villa units and 9 single family <br />homes, in accordance with the plans and application received by the City on June 26, 2017, <br />except as amended by this resolution. <br />2. The development shall comply with the Fable Hill PUD standards in Resolution 2002-40 and <br />2015-29, as amended. <br />3.
