District 0 <br />To serve the future Sub -district 01 which is zoned for future industrial <br />and medium density residential; Sub -district 02 which is zoned <br />for future industrial, medium density residential, and high density <br />residential; Sub -district 03 which is zoned for future industrial, <br />medium density residential, mixed use, and low density residential; <br />Sub -district 04 which is zoned for future low density residential; and <br />to accommodate flows from the future District U outside of the 2040 <br />MUSA, 33 -inch to 36 -inch sanitary sewer will need to be extended <br />from the MCES interceptor sewer. Trunk system improvements will <br />also include the construction of Lift Station 04 with an approximate <br />pumping capacity of 6,700 gpm in Sub -district 04 to direct the future <br />flows in District U outside the MUSA to Sub -district 03 and eventually <br />enter the MCES Interceptor at connection point 01. <br />District P <br />District P1 which is zoned for future low density residential, business <br />park, mixed use, medium density residential, and industrial will <br />require trunk sanitary sewer improvements prior to the development <br />of this district. Trunk sanitary sewer improvements will consist of the <br />extension of a 15 -inch trunk sanitary sewer from the MCES Interceptor <br />Sewer at connection point P1. The construction of Lift Station P1 with <br />a minimum pumping capacity of 985 gpm will also be required in order <br />to serve the entire District P1. <br />HUW 2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE <br />District Q <br />To serve the future Sub -districts Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, and to accommodate <br />flows from the future District T outside of the 2030 MUSA, 12- to 30 - <br />inch trunk sanitary sewer will need to be extended from the MCES <br />Interceptor Sewer. Trunk system improvements will also include <br />the construction of Lift Stations Q2 and Q4 with minimum pumping <br />capacities of 470 and 660 gpm in Sub -district Q2 and Q4, respectively, <br />to direct the flows to Sub -district Q3 and eventually enter the MCES <br />Interceptor at connection point Q1. Sub -districts Q1 and Q3 will <br />be directed by gravity sanitary sewer to the MCES interceptor at <br />connection point Q1. <br />District R <br />To serve the future low density residential Sub -districts R1 and R2, a <br />10 -inch trunk sanitary sewer will need to be extended from the MCES <br />Interceptor Sewer. Trunk system improvements will also include the <br />construction of Lift Station R1 with a minimum pumping capacity of <br />235 gpm in Sub -district R1 to direct the flows to Sub -district R2 and <br />eventually enter the MCES Interceptor at connection point R1. <br />I.�:111MIr.TMc5YA <br />for review only <br />District S <br />To serve the future medium and high density residential Sub -district <br />S1, a 10 -inch trunk sanitary sewer will need to be extended from the <br />MCES Interceptor Sewer.
