Community Feedback <br />Hugo residents identified the blend of small-town, country feel and <br />urban neighborhoods along with the proximity of the town to Interstate <br />35 and the Twin Cities as a strength of the community. However, <br />residents also felt that development of more urban neighborhoods <br />should be managed so that the small-town feel can be maintained <br />and natural resources can be protected.
