The sidewalk is <br />required to be hard surface, such as concrete, pavers, stamped concrete, etc. <br />RETAINING WALLS <br />Purposed retaining walls are required to be shown on the plan for Shlayba Inc Architectural Committee's <br />approval. To achieve a more natural look, boulders and stone are preferred but other decorative block <br />or stone veneer can be approved. <br />2 <br />
