Adelaide Landing at its May 1, 2017 meeting. The City Council approved the final plat for the <br />first phase of the development consisting of 81 residential lots and 70 residential Lots in the <br />second phase. This final plat request will plat 22 additional lots from the Adelaide Landing <br />preliminary plat. The lots meet the minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in the <br />regulations for the Adelaide Landing PUD. Staff recommends approval of the resolution <br />approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Adelaide Landing 3rd Addition, subject <br />to City Attorney review and approval. <br />H.1 Approval of City Council Focus Goals and Ongoing Priorities for 2018 <br />The Council held a goal setting workshop on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, for the purpose of <br />setting goals and priorities for 2019. City Administrator Bryan Bear has compiled items <br />discussed during the workshop and will review them with the Council. Staff recommends <br />Council approve the goals as presented. <br />H.2 Update on Hopkins Schoolhouse <br />At its July 2, 2018 meeting, Council approved a committee to explore options for the future of <br />the Hopkins Schoolhouse. The seven -member committee has met several times since and is <br />ready to make a recommendation to Council. Olivia Schiffman will provide Council with the <br />committee's recommendation. <br />K.1 Update on Yellow Ribbon Network <br />Council Member Chuck Haas and Phil Klein will report to Council on the Yellow Ribbon Network <br />activities held recently. <br />L.1 Legislative Town Hall Meeting on Saturday, February 9, 2019 <br />State Legislators Senator Roger Chamberlain and Representative Linda Runbeck have scheduled <br />a Town Hall Meeting on Saturday, February 9, 2019, from 10:00-11:30 a.m. This meeting is <br />intended to be a listening Session. Staff recommends Council schedule a meeting for Saturday, <br />February 9, 2019, if they wish to attend. <br />L.2 HBA Breakfast/Mayor State of the City Address on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 <br />The Hugo Area Business Association will hold a Business Networking Breakfast at the Blue <br />Heron Grill on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, from 7:30-9:00 a.m. Mayor Weidt will deliver the <br />State of the City Address. Staff recommends Council schedule this as a meeting to attend. <br />L.3 Cancel Second Meeting in February Due to President's Day Holiday on February 18, 2109 <br />Annually, the President's Day Holiday falls on the same day as the second Council meeting in <br />February and would need to be rescheduled. Staff does not anticipate any items for that meeting <br />agenda and recommends Council cancel their meeting of February 18, 2019. <br />LA Family Movie Night on Friday, March 8, 2019 <br />
