Adelaide Landing at its May 1, 2017 meeting. The City Council approved the final plat for the first phase of the development consisting of 81 residential lots and 70 residential Lots in the second phase. This final plat request will plat 22 additional lots from the Adelaide Landing preliminary plat. The lots meet the minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in the regulations for the Adelaide Landing PUD. Staff recommends approval of the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Adelaide Landing 3rd Addition, subject to City Attorney review and approval. H.1 Approval of City Council Focus Goals and Ongoing Priorities for 2018 The Council held a goal setting workshop on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, for the purpose of setting goals and priorities for 2019. City Administrator Bryan Bear has compiled items discussed during the workshop and will review them with the Council. Staff recommends Council approve the goals as presented. H.2 Update on Hopkins Schoolhouse At its July 2, 2018 meeting, Council approved a committee to explore options for the future of the Hopkins Schoolhouse. The seven -member committee has met several times since and is ready to make a recommendation to Council. Olivia Schiffman will provide Council with the committee's recommendation. K.1 Update on Yellow Ribbon Network Council Member Chuck Haas and Phil Klein will report to Council on the Yellow Ribbon Network activities held recently. L.1 Legislative Town Hall Meeting on Saturday, February 9, 2019 State Legislators Senator Roger Chamberlain and Representative Linda Runbeck have scheduled a Town Hall Meeting on Saturday, February 9, 2019, from 10:00-11:30 a.m. This meeting is intended to be a listening Session. Staff recommends Council schedule a meeting for Saturday, February 9, 2019, if they wish to attend. L.2 HBA Breakfast/Mayor State of the City Address on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 The Hugo Area Business Association will hold a Business Networking Breakfast at the Blue Heron Grill on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, from 7:30-9:00 a.m. Mayor Weidt will deliver the State of the City Address. Staff recommends Council schedule this as a meeting to attend. L.3 Cancel Second Meeting in February Due to President's Day Holiday on February 18, 2109 Annually, the President's Day Holiday falls on the same day as the second Council meeting in February and would need to be rescheduled.
