Revised the name of "DNR Park" to read "DNR Wildlife Management Area (WMA)" to more accurately reflect the park area. This change was made in all map instances where "DNR Park" was labeled Re -framed the photograph on p. 190 to remove the sign that read "State Trail" since there are no state trails in Hugo Summary of Changes, Rice Creek Watershed District: Based on the comments from the Rice Creek Watershed District, the City of Hugo made the following changes to the draft of the Comprehensive Plan: • The "Watershed District Map" was updated to reflect current boundaries • Several instances of "non -protected wetlands" were revised to read "wetlands" to provide clarity • The language within the Comprehensive Plan regarding the CSAH 8 realignment was updated to reflect the project's completion • The language within the Comprehensive Plan regarding the gravel pit located within the city was updated to reflect the city's purchase of the property and intent to remediate the site • The stated acreage of wetlands within the city was made consistent throughout the Comprehensive Plan document • A consistent title was chosen for the City of Hugo's Water Resources Management Plan and the title was made consistent throughout the Comprehensive Plan document City staff further noted that the Water Resources Management Plan that will be included as the appendix in the final document of the Comprehensive Plan will be the version of the Water Resources Management Plan that is that is approved by the watershed districts, Metropolitan Council, and Washington County. Summary of Changes, City of Scandia: Based on the comments from the City of Scandia, the City of Hugo made the following changes to the draft of the Comprehensive Plan: • Revised all maps that labeled "New Scandia Township" to "Scandia" to reflect the city's incorporation as a city in 2007 Summary of Changes, Washington County: Based on the comments from Washington County, the City of Hugo made the following changes to the draft of the Comprehensive Plan: • Reviewed and updated all data within "Ch 4: Housing" to the most recent data provided by the Metropolitan Council • Relabeled "Hardwood Creek Trail" to "Hardwood Creek Regional Trail" on all maps and charts where the trail is labeled • Updated the Washington County Access Spacing Guidelines to the new guidelines available in the Washington County Draft 2040 Comprehensive Plan • Relabeled "Pine Point Park" to "Pine Point Regional Park" on all maps • Updated the language within "Ch. 11: Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan" that references the county's septic system ordinance to reflect the current ordinance #206 and titled Subsurface Sewage Treatment System (SSTS) Regulations. • Language was added to "Ch. 11: Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan" to include additional detail on Washington County's SSTS Ordinance and non -conforming systems • The Comprehensive Plan language that referenced Human Services Inc. (HSI) for Dial -a -Ride was updated to reflect current services such as Transit Link, a curb -to -curb minibus or van service for the general public that operates on weekdays throughout the Hugo area • Language within the "Ch.13: Implementation Plan" was updated to include additional financing tools to assist in the development of affordable housing General Revisions:
