• There will be an inflatable arch at the beginning/end of the race. • Race organizers are working on having a Hugo Fire Department vehicle at the event, and they will have staff trained in first aid. 3. CONDITIONS The applicant has provided the City the completed permit, signed Hold Harmless Agreement, and permit fee. In accordance with this permit, the applicant shall conduct the event as described on their application and herein in addition to the following conditions. Prior to the Event 1. The applicant shall provide the City a copy of the insurance for the event. 2. All tents and inflatables will be anchored per manufacturer's instructions. 3. The applicant shall secure Washington County Sheriff's Deputies to be stationed at specified intersections during the event, as recommended by the Sheriff's Department. 4. One week prior to the event, the applicant will contact the Hugo Public Works Director on the placement of the electronic sign at the Frenchman Road/Oneka Parkway intersection notifying road users that Oneka Parkway will be closed on May 12 from approximately 8:45 a.m. — noon at the latest. 5. The applicant will contact the Hugo Public Works Director to confirm the drop off cones/barricades along Oneka Parkway at all intersections to be closed. 6. The applicant will notify all HOA's in the area of the road closure so they may get the word out to their residents. 7. The applicant will place signage along the route notifying residents that a race is in progress, as well as directional markers and caution signs. 8. All crossing guards will meet prior to the race with the Washington County deputies working the event to discuss procedures to follow along the route and at all intersections. During the Event 9. The applicant shall conduct the event in accordance with the approved plans submitted with the application. 10. The applicant and all volunteers will comply with all directions from the Washington County Deputies.
