The Rice Creek Watershed District must annually report <br />to the Washin on County Board of Commissioners the amount of money the district <br />collected in Washington County through special assessments and ad valorem taxes and the <br />amount spent on projects undertaken in Washington County in the precedingyear. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE.
