Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for March 18,2019 <br /> Page 7 of 8 <br /> Hugo and Oneka Elementary PTO Game Night on Friday,March 29, 2019 <br /> City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council a meeting was scheduled to attend the Hugo <br /> Elementary and Oneka Elementary School PTA's Game Night for adults 21 years and older. <br /> This event will take place on March 29, 2019, from 6-10:30 p.m. at the Hugo American Legion. <br /> Short Line Railroad Event on Friday,April 12, 2019 <br /> City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council they had been invited to attend the open house <br /> and tour of Hugo businesses, Schwieters and Loadmaster Lubricants, to showcase the impact of <br /> the success of receiving $1.5 million in appropriations from the legislature to save and <br /> rehabilitate the Hugo short line rail. The event will take place on Friday, April 12 beginning at <br /> 10 a.m. This event will be hosted by the City of Hugo, Washington County, and the White Bear <br /> Area Chamber. <br /> Klein made motion, Petryk seconded, to schedule a meeting to attend the Short Line Railroad <br /> Event on April 12, 2019. <br /> All Ayes_ Motion carried. <br /> Metro Cities Annual Meeting on Wednesday,April 24, 2019 <br /> City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council they had been invited to attend the Metro <br /> Cities Annual Meeting on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at the Como Park Zoo and Conservatory <br /> from 5:30—7:30 p.m. <br /> Petryk made motion, Miron seconded, to schedule a meeting to attend the Metro Cities Annual <br /> Meeting on April 24, 2019. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> East Metro Water Education Workshop on Thursday,April 25, 2019 <br /> City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council the East Metro Water Resource Education <br /> Program was holding several workshops on wetlands and planting for clean water. One will be <br /> held in Hugo on Thursday, April 25, 2019, from 6-7:30 p.m. at Hugo City Hall. <br /> Klein made motion, Haas seconded, to schedule a meeting to attend the East Metro Water <br /> Education Workshop on April 25, 2019. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Habitat for Humanity Home Dedication Ceremony on Saturday,April 13, 2019 <br /> City Administrator Bryan Bear added this to the agenda to informed Council they were invited to <br /> attend the Homes for Habitat Dedication Ceremony on Saturday, April 13, 2019. The event will <br /> take place at 14954 Generation Avenue N. at 10 a.m. <br />
