b. The storm water re -use system shall be reviewed and approved by staff. The storm <br />water reuse system operation, encroachment, and maintenance agreement shall be <br />reviewed and approved by City staff. <br />c. An encroachment and maintenance agreements shall be reviewed and approved by <br />staff for access and maintenance of landscaping, signage, and retaining wall with <br />in Outlots proposed to be deeded to the City. <br />d. The developer shall comply with all "red -lined comments" and conditions <br />outlined in the City Engineer's memos dated March 3, 2018, July 27, 2018, and <br />April 11, 2019, as provided to the developer. <br />e. The development shall comply with the Fire Chief s requirements regarding fire <br />flow calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire department connections, and <br />fire lane signage. <br />f. The developer shall obtain all necessary stormwater management and WCA <br />permits from the City. <br />g. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br />h. Architectural design standards shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />i. The City will not accept any improvements that are constructed and installed <br />outside of the platted road right-of-way and in the outlots. Further, the City will <br />not reduce the letter of credit or other financial assurance approved by the City <br />until the improvements have been accepted by the City. <br />10. Prior to the Final Plat being released for recording, the developer shall comply with the <br />following conditions: <br />a. The developer shall enter into a development agreement, shall agree to complete <br />all improvements, and pay all fees as required by the agreement. <br />b. A letter of credit or other financial assurance approved by the City shall be <br />established for the construction and maintenance of any utilities installed outside <br />of platted road right-of-way and in the outlots. <br />c. A maintenance road shall be established and approved by the City Engineer for <br />access to all utilities installed outside of the platted road right-of-way and in the <br />outlots. <br />d. The Final Plat shall be revised to include drainage and utility easements over all <br />outlots. <br />W <br />
