e. The plan shall be revised to include the construction of Fairoaks Avenue to the <br />north property line of the plat. <br />11. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the developer shall comply with the following <br />conditions. <br />a. The applicant shall record the final plat, development agreement and all other <br />documentation at Washington County and provide the City with proof of <br />recording. <br />b. The applicant shall submit three full sets of approved final plans to the City. <br />c. If a sales trailer is located in the property, a site plan and building elevations shall <br />be submitted for City review and approval. <br />19 <br />
