Outlot B Conservation Easement <br />• Outlot B Conservation Easement is classified as Preserve in the Management Classification Report. The <br />critical function that caused this wetland area to rank as Preserve was Maintenance of Hydrologic <br />Regime and Vegetative Diversity. Wetlands ranked Preserve require the greatest amount of protection <br />in order to maintain their current function and value. <br />• The Wetland Functional Assessment Summary for ranked the following applicable <br />wetland functions as Moderate: <br />• Flood / Stormwater Attenuation <br />• Wetland Restoration Potential <br />• Wetland functions ranked High include: <br />• Maintenance of Hydrologic Regime <br />• Downstream Water Quality <br />• Maintenance of Wetland Water Quality <br />• Maintenance of Characteristic Wildlife Habitat Structure <br />• Maintenance of Characteristic Amphibian Habitat, and <br />• Wetland Sensitivity to Stormwater and Urban Development <br />• Aesthetics/Recreation/Education/Cultural ranks Exceptional. <br />• The Wetland Community Summary ranks Vegetative Diversity/Integrity as High. <br />Replacement Wetland <br />Off -site replacement would consist of in -kind wetland credits available in the Outlot B Conservation Easement. <br />Since most of the wetland impact would be from the Areas East and West of the Conservation Easement, the <br />replacement wetland is certain to provide greater wetland function and value than those unavoidably impacted. <br />
