4.0 RESULTS
Two summary reports for each wetland under consideration have been generated by the MNRAM 3.4 program,
1) A Wetland Functional Assessment & Community Summary, and 2) a Management Classification Report.
Results are summarized below:
Areas East and West of the Conservation Easement
• These wetlands are classified as Manage 3 in the Management Classification Reports. The critical
function that caused these wetland areas to rank as Manage 3 was Vegetative Diversity. Manage 3
wetlands require the least amount of protection in order to maintain their current function and value.
• The Wetland Functional Assessment Summaries ranked the following applicable wetland functions as
Low:
• Maintenance of Hydrologic Regime
• Downstream Water Quality
• Maintenance of Wetland Water Quality
• Maintenance of Characteristic Wildlife Habitat Structure
• Aesthetical, Recreational, Educational, Cultural
• Additional Stormwater Needs
• Wetland functions ranked Moderate for these wetlands include:
• Flood / Stormwater Attenuation, and
• Wetland Sensitivity to Stormwater and Urban Development
• The Wetland Community Summary ranks Vegetative Diversity/Integrity as Low.
