Resolution 2019 - <br />Page 3 <br />24. The developer will be responsible for maintaining stormwater facilities and <br />vegetation proposed as a part of the project. A maintenance agreement between the <br />City and the developer shall be reviewed and approved by the City then recorded <br />against the property prior to the start of grading activities on the site. <br />25. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br />adjacent properties. Staff shall review and approve the locations. All ground -level <br />mechanical units shall be low profile and located to the side or rear of the building <br />and shall be screened from view of adjacent properties. Staff shall perform an <br />inspection when equipment is installed to ensure compliance with City code. <br />26. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br />27.
