The developer shall provide cut -sheets pole and wall mounted fixtures will need to be <br />reviewed and approved by staff. Shields shall be added to the lights to reduce glare. <br />12. The developer shall revise the plans to include two fire hydrant locations. Staff will <br />continue to work with the application on the final location. <br />Landscaping <br />13. Landscaping shall be added to the north side of the building to screen the proposed <br />condensers. <br />14. The developer shall provide staff with planting details for landscaping proposed on <br />the slopes of the property. <br />15. The developer shall revise the landscape plan to be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />Architecture <br />16. The developer shall provide details on the locations and colors of the gutters and <br />down spouts. The gutter and downspout system shall be integrated into the building <br />design, including color, and shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />17. Add cast stone to the north side of the building to match the rest of the building. <br />18. The internal air conditioning unit vents shown on the plans shall match the color of <br />the adjacent siding, shakes, or stone. <br />19. Where window headers are shown on the 1St floor, they should be shown on the 2nd <br />and Yd floor. <br />20. The peaked roof sections should be elevated on whether they could be widened to <br />create a more balanced design. <br />21. Cast stone shall be added to the pillars. <br />22. The developer shall continue to work with staff on the building material colors. <br />23.
